Shipping
We use third-party delivery partners who cover up to a maximum of India's pincodes for local, regional, and national shipping to India. We will contact you directly if your pincode is not usable.

Normal shipping times can range from 2 days to 1 week, depending on your region. If our delivery partners announce delivery delays due to extraordinary conditions or other comparable events, we will notify you.

We only ship to India for the time being. If you are located outside of India and wish to place an order, please contact us at atavtoys@gmail.com and we will consider your request on an individual basis.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at atavtoys@gmail.com. You can cancel an order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it. Your refund will be processed automatically. The whole amount will be transferred to original payment method automatically. The sum usually takes 5–7 days to appear in your account. We do not accept cancellations after 4 hours because the product may already be on its way to your location. Please see the Returns section below for further information.

Returns
We acknowledge 'without question' returns in 2 days from the item received by you. To be qualified for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It has to be in its original packaging as well. 
To start a return, keep in touch with us at atavtoys@gmail.com and we will help you with the cycle. You should arrange the return delivery of the item to our Pune area. You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. To ensure that the product arrives in the same condition as when you first received it, ship it in the original protective packing. 

Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund was approved or denied depending on the item's condition when it arrived. If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)
Check your bank account again if you haven't gotten a refund yet.

Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. There is usually some processing involved.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to replace a product, please email at atavtoys@gmail.com with details and images of the defective or damaged item within 3 days of receiving it. We'll arrange for your product's return shipping and give you a replacement. All shipping costs will be covered by us. If your product is missing components, please email us at atavtoys@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it and we will supply them to you as soon as possible.
