​Returns & Replacements

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. You can initiate a return via email at atavtoys@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9822546381.

• If you return an item, shipping charges for both the initial delivery and return will be deducted, unless the return is due to a defect or damage during transit, in which case shipping charges will be waived.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on the process via call, WhatsApp, or email. For exchanges, the current order will be picked up, and a refund will be issued. You may place a new order at your convenience.

• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours for prepaid orders and within 7 days for COD orders after the product is received at our facility.

• To cancel an order, please do so before it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
